80% of our monitors have the necessary qualifications to work as such, in this way Natuk Camps complies with all legal requirements to run the camps.
To obtain this qualification, they have received specific training and have previously completed internships.
Selection and training
All counselors are carefully selected through a rigorous process by camp management. Once selected, they receive theoretical and practical training before the start of the camp, detailing Natuk Camps' priorities and objectives, as well as how to work with participants based on our core values.
Origin
Some of the instructors come from different parts of Spain, while others are foreigners (natives of English, Russian, or French-speaking countries).
